Originally from Taiwan, I'm currently a product designer based in Madrid.
I’m skilled in all aspects of the end-to-end design process - from research and problem definition to prototyping and iterating. I strive to help companies build meaningful products to retain, convert and satisfy customers.
Coming from humanity and digital marketing background, I learned to solve problems and bridge business goals through data analytics, empathy and metrics-oriented strategy. In my past role, I analysed the customer journey from initial contact to final action and eventually to post-feedback. This side of work led me to understand user-centred design and opened up a door for me to create valuable products through collaborating with my users.
Outside of work, you will find me cooking and eating (well…mainly eating), playing around with cameras and binge-watching ‘friends’!
